Cancellations & Refunds
As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel the order once the delivery executive has reached the location. A convenience charge of INR 50 will be charged for your order if you cancel after executive has reached your location.
10digi shall have the right to deduct rejection fee for the reasons mentioned below:
To avoid above deductions please ensure all the things are verified by you once before submitting the document.
Customer shall be entitled to get a refund of any of the following circumstances:1.Prepaid order cancelled by customer/ by 10digi before delivery.2.Selected fancy number sold out.3.Connection rejected by operator due to activation issues.
Customer shall not be entitled to claim for refund in any of the following cases:1.“STOP MNP” message sent by the customer in the middle of the porting process.2.Customer’s porting request cancelled due to non payment of dues before submitting the porting request.3.Customer’s porting request is cancelled due to less than 90 days spent in the current network.4.Activation pending due to incomplete tele-verification from the customer.5.FRC recharge done from outside within 2 days of number activation. Order rejected by the operator due to dedupe orders in the past.
In case of failed online order, if your amount is deducted then it will be auto-refunded to your source account.
