Cancellations & Refunds
As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel the order once the delivery executive has reached the location. A convenience charge of INR 80 will be charged for your order if cancellation
happens after the executive has reached your location.
10digi shall have the right to deduct rejection fee for the reasons mentioned below:
Incorrect documents submitted for SIM KYC.
Incorrect porting code provided for SIM KYC.
Live photo mismatch while KYC.
To avoid above deductions please ensure all the things are verified by you once before submitting the document.
Customer shall be entitled to get a refund of any of the following circumstances:
Prepaid order cancelled by customer or by 10digi before delivery.
Selected fancy number sold out.
Connection rejected by operator due to activation issues.
Customer shall not be entitled to claim for refund in any of the following cases:
“STOP MNP” message sent by the customer in the middle of the porting process.
Activation pending/rejection due to incomplete/wrong tele-verification from the customer.
If FRC (First recharge) is done from any source other than 10digi, then the customer will not be entitled for a refund.
Order rejected by the operator due to dedupe orders in the past.
"No Usages" - If there is no usage (min 1 call/ msg or internet usage) within the first 3 days of the number activation, then we shall not be responsible for auto deactivation by operator and no refund can be entertained for such orders and customer can claim the refund OR reprocess request within 30 days from the time of delivery.
In case of failed online order, if your amount is deducted then it will be auto-refunded to your source account.
