What is the payment method?
You can pay online or through cash when you receive the SIM. You can securely make payment through your debit/credit card or COD (Cash on Delivery), that is payment when we deliver your SIM home.
Can I cancel the order?
Sure you can! You can cancel the order at anytime before the number gets activated. All you need to do is contact our customer support on the helpline number: +91 9999-33-00-22. If we are unable to activate your number, you get your money back.

How to order a new SIM?
Begin by selecting the options from dashboard (Prepaid/ Postpaid/MNP/Choice number) and choose a operator that you wish for your new connection. Then just follow the steps on the webpage.
What is my order status?
You can check your order status by clicking on the βtrack orderβ link on the website. You can also get real time updates of your order by downloading the 10digi app on your android phone.
How can I activate my SIM?
Once you see network sign of your new operator on your new connection on inserting the new SIM, you simply need to call 59059 to complete tele-verification. MNP users need to put the new SIM once their older (donor) network signal disappears and follow the same process for tele-verification.
What is the process of refund?
To get your refund, you should be sure that you have gone through the tele-verification process. Your money will be refunded only if you have done tele-verification in case of prepaid connection.
If your number is not activated even after tele-verification, we will refund your money in your bank account.
**For tele-verification, you have to call on 59059 from your new SIM when you receive signals on your new connection. You will be directed to a automated message. Follow the instructions to activate your number.
How can I resolve my issues on porting request?
You can call on our customer support number +91 9999-33-00-22 from 9 AM to 6 PM or write your query to us at [email protected].
Can I convert from Prepaid to Postpaid (or Vice-versa) in same TSP?
You can convert your mobile number from prepaid to postpaid for all TSPs. For converting a postpaid number to prepaid in the same operator, please connect with the operatorβs customer care. Alternatively, you can buy a new SIM connection or port to a different operator.
