Three major network service providers in India Jio, Airtel and Vi are in continuous competition to be on the top. There is always a head on comparison in terms of plans, added benefits, cost efficiency and services offered.
The most important factor that makes a customer stick to a network service provider with utmost loyalty is ‘good network’. Good network is the most influential factor that makes a telecom company reach on top in terms of subscribers. It’s fair enough because if there is poor or no network how will other added benefits count when there is no use of it.
Airtel gained 4.05 million wireless subscribers against Jio’s 0.47 million, while struggling Vi once again lost nearly 5.7 million users in December, according to latest subscriber data collated by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

Overall, there a total of 5G 21,996 towers across the globe.
Which is the best network in India?
According to Opensignal reports, Airtel beats Jio and Vi in terms of latency, video experience and download speed. whereas Jio is a clear winner and remains superior in 4G Availability and wins 4G Coverage Experience for its users. Vi keeps a grip on Upload Speed Experience for its customers.
The average speed is computed by TRAI based on the data it collects across India with the help of its MySpeed application on a real-time basis.
All network service providers are trying hard to retain their existing customers with the addition of new ones. Telcos are offering new plans and many lucrative offers to attract users. Plans with free OTT platform subscriptions, work from home plans, data rollover, additional data, and much more is offered by the current network service providers to attract customers.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has finally received a nod from the Department Of Telecommunications (DOT) to go ahead with its hybrid 4G rollout plan. And, BSNL will be able to roll-out 4G pan-India very soon. After the BSNL 4G rollout internet speed for customers is supposed increase drastically.
Coming to a conclusion is really tough where one network is the best in a segment and other network is analyzed as the best in some other field. Definition of best can be subjective depending upon a customer’s personal experience with a particular network service provider. One should choose a network according to its best availability in their area.
